We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged (shipping) or defective (electronics Ex:Clock hand motor), I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale

• Items not returned in the Original Condition

 

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (and shipping back in the event of an exchange).

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original Condition is defined as an unused and undamaged item.

• Used items will not receive refunds. 

• There will be a 15% restocking fee on returns, to cover lost time and the customer agrees to these terms when requesting a return.
