WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Our current lead time is 3-5 weeks for clocks and cutting boards, and 2-3 weeks for ottoman trays and signs. Large furniture pieces such as tables, doors, and consoles typically take around 6-8 weeks. Send a request for a quote if you are interested in pricing and a time frame. Merchandise generally takes 2-3 days to be shipped, but may be affected by carrier delays. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to upgrade to a rush order.

WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG?
Every piece is hand-crafted to order, which means we do not keep a stock of any items that are finished. We only build pieces once the specific sizes and colors have been chosen by the client. Occasionally we will have "Ready to Ship" items that are available for purchase. Click here to check out what is in stock, items come and go often so check back for new items!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We do accept returns and exchanges, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We will do our best prior to the order being completed to make sure any and all questions are answered and that you know what to expect when your order arrives. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after an item has been delivered. Used items will not receive refunds. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returns.
Custom Orders with Engravings, Monograms, and Custom Sizing are Final Sales and cannot be returned.

MORE INFORMATION
ADDRESS CHANGES: If product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping changes or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.

FREIGHT CARRIER SHIPPING: If your received order was shipped via freight truck and has visible damage, refuse the shipment. Do not sign or initial any paperwork and contact us immediately. We can replace damaged orders at no cost, but only if the shipment is refused. If you accept the damaged item we will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was 'received in perfect condition'.
DELIVERY: Delivery within Sonoma County is typically available at no charge for a 10 mile radius from our shop location. We can also deliver larger furniture items in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona for a fee depending on distance. Contact us for specifics regarding your order and desired delivery location.
LOCAL PICK UP: You may pick up your item as well and any shipping charges will be waived. Please note this in your order or contact us to make arrangements.
